ADDITIONAL LOCALIZED RAINFALL TOTALS BETWEEN 3 AND 5 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE...WITH SOME LOCATIONS NORTH OF THE HIGHWAY 30 CORRIDOR ALREADY RECEIVING MORE THAN 4 INCHES OF RAIN AND FLOODING. * WHILE MANY RIVERS WILL RESPOND AND BEGIN TO RISE OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS FROM THE RAINFALL...SMALLER RIVERS AND CREEKS COULD RAPIDLY FLOOD AND CAUSE ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS.
