HAZARDOUS WEATHER... * WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES WILL FALL TO AROUND 15 BELOW ZERO TO 25 DEGREES BELOW ZERO EARLY THIS MORNING OVER NORTHERN INDIANA AND MUCH OF NORTHWEST OHIO. IMPACTS... * DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES CAN CAUSE FROSTBITE IN MINUTES ON UNPROTECTED SKIN. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
