HAZARDOUS WEATHER... * VERY STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH. * RAIN WILL QUICKLY CHANGE TO SNOW THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4 INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY FRIDAY EVENING. THE STRONG WINDS WILL CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
