 * VERY STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH
   GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MPH.

 * RAIN WILL QUICKLY CHANGE TO SNOW THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL
   CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY. TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 1 TO 4
   INCHES ARE EXPECTED BY FRIDAY EVENING. THE STRONG WINDS WILL
   CAUSE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW AND SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED
   VISIBILITIES. NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE AT TIMES...
   ESPECIALLY ACROSS OPEN RURAL AREAS.
